9th Healthy Living Community Event!
The event will be hosted from September 6-7 during the Pawtucket Arts Festival, featuring 80+ local restaurants, artists, and health-oriented family activities.
The Empowerment Factory will host its 9th annual Healthy Living Community Event at Slater Park during the Pawtucket Arts Festival on Saturday and Sunday, September 6th and 7th. The Healthy Living Community Event will be a free two-day outdoor family event celebrating RI’s array of cultures. It will feature a full range of family activities including arts and crafts, raffles, bouncy houses, and more.
The event looks to celebrate local creative and cultural life through a community mural project, family bonding opportunities, and prizes from local restaurants. The Empowerment Factory will partner with dozens of restaurants featured on the Blackstone Valley International Food Trail.
As the Healthy Living Community Event approaches, The Empowerment Factory will be running promotions alongside a select group of restaurants on the Blackstone Valley International Food Trail. Stay tuned for opportunities to attend pop up events and win discounts from your favorite restaurants in Central Falls and Pawtucket.
Gail Ahlers, Founder and Executive Director of The Empowerment Factory, looks forward to the 9th annual Healthy Living Community Event bringing “bringing all the families we serve together through joy and healthy habits.”
The Empowerment Factory hosted over 500 guests at last year’s Healthy Living Community Event.
The 9th Healthy Living Community Event is held in partnership with the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council, the cities of Central Falls and Pawtucket, and the Pawtucket Arts Festival.
